We want you to be confident in your purchase. Because we work with a mix of made-to-order items, pre-orders, and limited self-fulfilled products, our return and refund policies vary by item type. Please read the sections below carefully before purchasing.
1. Print-on-Demand Items
All print-on-demand items are made to order specifically for you.
Due to this, All Sales are Final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

We will gladly offer a return, refund or store credit if:

The item arrives damaged upon delivery

What to do:
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. Once confirmed, we’ll issue the return, refund or store credit. Depending on your payment method, Refunds usually take between 5-10 business days once processed.
2. Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items are produced in limited quantities after orders are placed.

Delays may occur due to customs, production, or carrier issues
Pre-order sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If a pre-order item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos so we can address the issue.
3. Pre-Order Returns
For select items that are stocked and fulfilled in-house (including certain pre-order releases), returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Due to the limited-quantity nature of these items, exchanges are not offered at this time.

5. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers once an order is marked as delivered. If you believe your package is lost, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim.
