Thank you for shopping with us. We work with multiple fulfillment methods to bring our products to life, including print-on-demand partners, small-batch production for pre-orders, and limited in-house fulfillment. Please review the details below so you know what to expect.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing times vary depending on the type of item ordered.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Print-on-Demand Items (Printful & Apliiq)

Print-on-demand items are produced specifically for each order.

  • Production time: Typically 2–5 business days

  • Shipping time: Varies by destination and carrier

Because these items are made to order, production begins shortly after your order is placed.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are produced in limited quantities after orders are collected.

  • Estimated shipping timeline: 4–6 weeks from the pre-order close date

Please note:

  • This timeline is an estimate, not a guarantee

  • Delays may occur due to production schedules, material availability, or carrier delays

Tracking information will be provided once pre-order items ship.

Self-Fulfilled & Limited Release Items

Some items are stocked and shipped directly by us.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping time: Varies by destination and carrier

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, the items ordered, and the selected shipping method.

We currently ship to:

  • United States only

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Delays & Carrier Issues

Once an order is in the hands of the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier volume or service disruptions

If your tracking shows an issue or delay, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Lost or Missing Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first.
